Help with RU?

Hello

I can't get 95% alcohol in my country without prescription.. What would u suggest me to use as a vehicle for RU? KB or minoxidil? or is there other way?

I could also order ready solution from anageninc wich is 8% RU in PG+Ethanol, but i have read many bad things about premixed solutions...

I used the 5% Kb solution from anagen inc and even kept it at room temperature. It was fine, definitely worked. I'm moving onto mixing it myself now tho for cost reasons.

I can't because its illegal to order 96% alcohol bewerages in my country. 80% is max. :/

Rubbing alcohol supposedly should be fine. El duterino recommends it of you can't get pure ethanol.

I worry buying experimental chemicals off the internet. I mean I bought some shampoo from germany and customs ripped it up. I can imagine what they do with stuff like RU. The supplier is the biggest issue really

Is there anyway to bring the cost down and lower the ease of use like some other premixed solutions? Kane and anagen cost 25 just to ship on top of the stuff its like 100 bucks. Are there premade solutions that are cheaper?
