Help With A New Regimen, Wanna Give It A Last Go

So I have been on finasteride for 3 years soon of which one has been on dutasteride - and the front has started going the last year, sadly.

I quit dutasteride and went back on finasteride 9 months ago, had to quit since UK online pharmacies stopped shipping abroad.

However, I want to restart dutasteride as my front is getting very, very thin... and wanna up my regimen now.

Was thinking about:
- 0.5mg dutasteride ED
- 2% keto 3x week
- 5% minoxidil 2x ED
- Stemox 2x ED

I can't do RU as I want commercial products and reliable sources. Was thinking about adding topical alfatradiol, has anyone tried that?

Any other suggestions?

On dutasteride you should pretty much have the anti-androgen angle covered....probably the only other thing to really add as far as that goes is RU, which you say you don't want to use

You could add a penetration enhancer for the minoxidil. I've added tretinoin and peppermint oil to my own regimen the last couple months....really impressed with the results so far

Thanks for the tips. Could you elaborate on how peppermint oil would enhance the efficiency of minoxidil?

I think I will pass on the tretinoin, I won't be able to get hold of it.

Where are you getting your dutasteride? I am planning on starting it as well as finasteride hasn't done sh*t after 3 years on it.
