Help! Why Is My Hair Receding At 14?

In 14, and it seems like a patch of my hair on the middle-left of my hair is receding. Genetically my hair is thick and a bit greasy. I found it kind of odd, as usually when hair is receding it pushes back from the corners not the middle. Any way I can fix this? Should I be worried? Is it even receding hair or something else??

That is not recession. People thin a little for many reasons. Could be due to irritation in the area for example.
