Help: Where to go with my regimen?

Background on my regimen:

Currently I am on Xandrox 15plus and 2% nizoral.

The nizoral I have been on roughly between 6 months to a year, and I am nearing the end of my first Xandrox bottle meaning I have nearly completed 4 months of this also.

Long before I started Xandrox or nizoral I was experiencing a shed, everytime I washed my hair. This never let up or changed once I started nizoral, nor did Xandrox stop it, I believe my hairs been shedding consistently everyday for a year or more.

Recently I thought perhaps this was due to nizoral, as I had heard it coud cause shedding, so I stopped about 4 days ago and replaced my shampoo with head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner.

However two days into this change my hair started to shed alot more during washing, and my scalp has began to itch, meaning I've went back on nizoral.

The reason I'm posting this in here is I don't know where to go next, my hair is only getting worse, nothing is stopping or seemingly regrowing.

Before I tried Xandrox I did try Proscar (from Inhouse I believe) for a little under a week. 3 days in I started to experience dull testicle ache and a reduction in erection quality, so I stopped.

Current situation

What I want to know is, is that me doomed for finasteride or is there anything else I could try? I'm currently waiting on Dr Lee's spironolactone to arrive but my confidence is a little knocked.

I've been reading to see if perhaps normal propecia would benefit me, but I've been hearing there is no difference between it and proscar, despite the possibility of unequal portions when splitting the pill.

What should I do now? I really dont want my hair loss to get any worse, not without trying my best to prevent it.

Have you seen any result after nearly 4 months of using Xandrox 15plus?? I read someone got negative result from it.

How many mg of Proscar you took before when you got sides? May be you can take finasteride at a lower dose, such as 0,5mg or even 0,25mg, may be you will get some result without getting sides?

No results as of yet, although they say you should leave it 6 months to a year before you see results.

I apply it to my temples/frontal area and crown.

Both areas over the course of the 4 months have gotten worse, the crown more so. However I dont blame the Xandrox for that, as it hasnt appeared to increase shedding.

I lose hair every day, but I can see some slight fuzzyness around the temple area I apply to. I'm not sure if this is miniturization and further loss, or a sign of regrowth. I may be able to get some pictures up to show the difference.

As for Proscar, I split 5mg into 5ths, so that would in theory be 1mg a day. However I have read the finasteride isnt distributed evenly thoughout the pill, so who knows what I was getting.
