Hey fellas,
So about once a week i will get afew big red sore scalp pimples. Usually around my crown but can sometimes occur anywhere. (think they're associated with male pattern baldness?)
e.g as i sit here i can feel atleast three around my vertex were the hair is a little thin and they are sore and tender to touch.
Not sure what the cause is?, whether i have an oily scalp or what. Most of the time i feel like my scalp is in good condition but clearly it cant be if im getting these.
Although my face is generally pretty good i still do get the odd breakout aswell.
I use nizoral and some other good shampoos/ non aggravating minoxidil, so not really sure what i can do to stop these but they really f*ck me off
