Help Rare Hair Loss Help Needed To Figure Out

it is long but read it I need each of your suggestions
We know that hairloss happens by thinning minuaturization of hair but hair continue to grow despite thinning.

My condition is different:

As you can see in the image there a lots of tiny stubble like hair.They are short because they do not grow even they are thick you can see other hair is longer despite being minuaturized.

Why do those spiky hair not grow I am always buzzcutting and after 2 weeks the situation always end up like this?

Note:I am on finasteride for 1 year no effect probably worse,high libido,very oily hair

Not rare it's just male pattern baldness. Miniaturised hairs grow slower than the ones that aren't affected yet so it is giving you that illusion of hair not growing. Next.

Actually the ones that are not growing are not the most miniaturised ones, there are very thin hair that grows.

At OP you could always consider SMP:

it looks nearly natural to the naked eye if done around the shape of what your natural hairline would be.

Its just the way your pattern is progressing. I have a single thick hair that grows in a completely bald part on my temples. Some hairs are more DHT resistant than others, some could even be immune as that seems to be the case for me with the lone thick hair.
