to make the story short, last year hair got ****ed up during the winter, decided to start treatments at start of summer, hair improved a lot up till now where the winter is about to start and I feel my hair is starting to shed again.
my regime
first 3 months minoxidil twice a day, nizoral every third day
the next 4 months (up till now) minoxidil once a day, cut proscar 1mg every other day, nizoral every 4-5 days
Would upping my minoxidil to twice a day again have any effect on the winter shedding? My friend is getting me MSM powder from the states in a week, will taking that everyday decrease shedding?
