Help Please :) Time to tackle this hairloss

I have had enough of looking in the mirror every day looking at my depleating hairline. I want to do something about it, what regime would you reccomend a 21 year old male with a receeding hairline (NW2)?

I already have nizoral, would propecia be worth taking if it does nothing for the hairline? Also at 21 am i too young to be going on propecia? If I go on propecia would using half doses be OK to reduce side effects?

No,you're not too young for Propecia.You're NW2,probably im am too,and for about 2 months i'm taking finasteride.I advise you to get finasteride,and nizoral is great too.Good luck.
P.S.Use them in combination.NW2 is not the end of the world,this regimen should maintain for some years what u have.

I would say start on finasteride to but some pictures would be good to if not that's fine, and yeah NW2 isn't the end of the world at all, quite the opposite really, anything beyond NW3 and that's when things start to look bleak imo.

thanks for the responses guys, with regards to propecia, would taking 0.5g a day be enough instead of the full amount? I want to limit the odds of side effects.

How bad was your shed and at what point did it kick in?

One last question, i know that if you come off propecia you will loose the hair you regrew within a year, does this mean you will loose all the hair that propecia has maintained? Meaning your hair would go back to how it was the day you first started taking the drug? Or would you also loose all the hair which would have fallen out in that time period if you weren't on the drug as well?
