Hey everyone sorry if I posted in wrong area
I’m just new to all this

Little background
I took accutane (poison) and didn’t notice hair shedding on it
But few years later my hairs would come out when washing
Maybe like 6-7 at a time max maybe 50’a day
The docs said it was thyroidnput me on med
Hair got thicker but I lost too much weight was underweight and she said it was lack of protein not the med bs!
Then said stop med ur cured lol

Anyways recently my eyebrows lashes come out easy and my hairs on scalp

Problem is I am super stressed over health issues for years no answers


I have extreme dry scalp it itches

And the top of my scalp looks thinner not sure if it’s balding or normal
Or if I scratched too much and caused issues
Or accutane
Sjorgens lupus immune
Thyroid

Driving me nuts

And if it is I have no family history of it and if so what can be done
Prp treatment? Transplant?

sounds like an issue you need to consult a doctor with. get a second opinion instead of looking for medical advice on the internet. your crown is definitely thinner

PRP is worthless, get on finasteride for a year to stabilize your hair loss before thinking about a transplant
