Hello,
please if any one could help me would be much apreciated,

first, there is 3 products for the hair am correct?

the shampoo, the conditioner and the leave in conditioner,

which shampoo and conditioner you recommend? and how often should i use?
i reade it was 1 time a week each one.

also the leave in conditioner, should i use it every day in the morning after shower?
i would be alot in the sun so i bought one with sun protection
