My hairline is it mature or balding im 16 is it receded too much?

Hairlines in general are very variable. Do you have any balding that runs in your family?

My father had a perfect hair till about late twenties then he had a NW2 till about 45 now hes a nw3 grandpa had thick hair wen he died he was about 35 my hair pulled back below ps ive gotten those baby hairs since a year or so dad said its cos my hairline is 'maturing' is that right?
