Help Me With Some Info Guys, Please

Hello.

I want to get a proper hair transplant and I don't have much info about it.

My current hairloss status is NV IV. Photos attached down.

I want to know what is the best choice for hair transplant ?

I was thinking to accelerate my hairloss till I get completely bald (excluding sides and back) so I can make hair full again. But I guess that is wrong.

What should I do now ? Should I wait for my hair to fall more and then to make a transplant or should I go and make the first transplant now ?

How many transplants will I need to make my head full of hair after the rest falls ? (I guess if I have MBP, it will all fall eventually in the next 5-10 years)

Hello. I can't take finasteride (many bad sides that lasted 6 months from my last experience) so I will never ever take finasteride again.

Minoxidil, I`m not on that either.

hair transplant is not good unless you stabilise your hair loss which you need to be taken a 5ar (finasteride, dutasteride)

I'd rather cut my head off than using finasteride orally (that is plain retardation)

im not sure on other options theres maybe some research chemicals but minoxidil wont help.

That is not a very good decision... Finasteride won't destroy your sex drive. I have been on it for 5 years now and my sex life has never been better. Be more positive

Dude you are even that bad. Plenty of donor hair so just go for it! One 2-3k graft surgery would certainly do you for another 5 years.

Murkey Thumb : That sounds so nice, but I don't know what to say man, that area where the hair is dying, will migrate even more in 6 months. Wouldnt it look like a weird empty line in my head after the implant ? but maybe ur right

Trolling? Hardly... With a comment like that you're on your own and I couldn't care less. Take it, don't take it.. doesn't matter to me one bit. If you do not stabilize your hair loss there is almost no point in getting a transplant. I would suggest trying a drug for longer than a month... Take it for 6 months and allow yourself to get used to it... Good luck.
