help me out using minoxidil nd finasteride

Hello all
I strtd using minoxidil 1week ago nd finasteride 1 month ago fr my Norwood 1.5 receding hairline.....first...something about me....I have 1.5 Norwood hairline nd have got decent density all over my scalp..so I apply minix nly on my hairline..
I have some doubts
1)I have never had dandruff anywhere on my head...bt I have strtd noticing dandruff on my head since m using minoxidil....any solution???
2)since I apply minoxidil nly on my hairline cn I use hair wax immediately aftr applying minoxidil??I nvr apply wax in roots instead I apply it on strand nly...wl this affect the effectiveness of minoxidil??
3)hw much time does scalp take to completely absorb(if m not wrong) minoxidil...cause of asking this is that I go to bed aftr applying minoxidil nd I doubt my temporal part gets rubbed against the pillow...so hw much time b4 sleeping I shud apply it
4) m kinda sweaty person....so sweat coming frm my frontal part wud decrease the efficiency of minoxidil???many a times to sweep my sweat off I use handkerchief nd I think I without knwng sweep minoxidil off...so what shud I do to overcome this struggle to use minoxidil...
5)I strtd experiencing excessive hairshedding aftr strting finasteride....ive heared that it gets woarse before it gets better...bt Norwood its been 1 month bt excessive shedding has nvr stopped...ive read somewhere it takes 28 days to stop hairshedding bt in my case it is not stopping....is it normal?
U guys using minoxidil nd finasteride fr years u must have experinced it...so kindly help.me out

1) if you are using liquid opt for foam, if not you may have to find a minoxidil formula that best suits your problem
2) let the minoxidil dry up and you could put whatever you want in your hair, just make sure it is all absorbed, so a couple minutes.
3) doesnt matter, as long as minoxidil is dried on your head you could go to bed.
4) doesnt matter, as long as minoxidil is dried on your head you could sweat all you want.
5) its normal and there is no time limit on when the shed should stop, stick with finasteride and give it 6 months, right now you are on 2 treatments that can potentially cause sheds, what you are experiencing is normal.

Hw wud I come to knw if minoxidil has completely been absorbed?
Becoz greasy look remains there fr hours nd I jst wanna clear it off..but due to danger of sweeping minoxidil....I let it remain there...

well i mean, when your hair and scalp is dry and not WET, thats how you know lol the greasy look can be avoided if u use foam. u could also wash minoxidil off after 3-4 hours because the peak absorbing time is in the first 3 hours, to be sure just leave it 4 then you could wash it off.

I will pin my post to this thread becouse I can not create the new one. I am about to start finasteride at 23 yo. I dont want to take whole pill due to economical and side efffects (Im pretty scared about it). I would say that I am 3V Norwood and I see that my hair on crone are thinning. I was thinking to take 0.25 ed, but I am not sure if it will do anything. I am pretty thin and tall person, not a bear type guy. Does .5 make big difference?

If ur main concern is side effects then take my honest advice.....give it a try man...I knw its dangerous bt nly 2% get side effects..i too was so much scared strting with finasteride...i also had read so many horror stories baout finasteride...bt I talked about it with my Doctor..he told me that nly 2% get sideeffects nd that too are psychological...aftr reading so many horror stories about finasteride u jst keep thinking its gonna hurt me anyway evn if it is not...when I strtd finasteride...i jst developed thinking that my libido has been decreased...i dont have intrst in grls anymore..bt it ws all for only a day..now i hv been on finasteride fr 1 month now...nd not a single side effect I faced....if u manage to handle psychological situation then there is 98 % chances that it wont hurt u....
Sorry bro I dont knw much about whether half quantity wl matter or not...1 mg is recommended nd u shud take that nly
