Been losing hair for the last 12 years (since 21 or 22). Used Rogaine for 10 years and propecia/proscar for the last 10 years (now 34). Hairloss has not stopped, and I have not regrown any hair.

Not sure if i have male pattern baldness? I don't have a receding hairline...just kinda diffuse thinness on the top. Can anyone help me analyze what type of hairloss I have? Whats the severity on the Norwood scale?

You have male pattern baldness, and are "diffuse thinning". Might want to get some blood work done just in case its due to something else.

I would'nt say thats necessarily diffuse, but it is just plain m.p.b, everyone has their own pattern, this guy is lucky in a way that he's not suffering as badly at the front. Again its all purely genetics!
Unless someone wants to chip in and claim that smoking causes crown loss and masturbating cause frontal loss :jackit:

Norwood scale tends to concentrate more on recession so your unusual pattern is difficult to judge. Just look up the Norwood diagrams and decide for yourself.
