Hi guys have been shedding lots of hair in the last month and still is to this day.
All the shedded hair have white bulbs at the end of them.
Wondering if this is temporary telogen effluvium or am i actually getting bald patches and my hair receding?
Have added some photos so hopefully someone can give me some advise on what I should do.

Any help is appreciated thank you.

the hairline look fine NW0ish. I cant really tell on the crown because your hair is long, but it looks fine to me as well. Do you have a family history of male pattern baldness?

thanks for the reply, hoping that my hair is just naturally shedding.
No one on either side of my family have male pattern baldness in their genes and both my brothers hairs are fine. hoping its just me being paranoid. Also booked an appointment with a doctor for monday to see what he thinks about it.
Thanks again.

I highly doubt its male pattern baldness with no family history of it, though I have seen outliers. I don't know if a doctor will be able to tell you much though it cant hurt. I always tell people who are worried about it to watch closely and take pics over several months. If it gets thinner jump on an androgen blocker like finasteride, but like I said before I doubt you will have any issues.

shedding with white bulbs on the end sounds like male pattern baldness. I am headed for nw6 or 7 diffuse thinning, yet my father, all my uncles, maternal grandfather, all have their juvenile hairlines, and my other grandfather is only nw3. Inheritance for baldness is complicated

How many strands of hair a day are you losing? If you pull your hand through your hair, how many hairs are there?

Irrelevant! I encourage to stop counting hairs shed, they have no importance. All that matters is if they grow back, and how many hairs start growing back each day. You can shed 150 hairs a day, if the same day, another 150 start growing back(enetring anagen), all is fine!
And the white bulbs are completely fine, have a search on google and read about hair cycles. They have nothing to do with male pattern baldness.
Every hair which is shed, and not broken must have that white bulb.

Is there any way to know if the hairs are growing back? (sorry for potentially high-jacking this thread, but i guess it's relevant question in the context)

Taking pics and observing directly.
