2) Minoxidil

If you are not willing to use either of the two options, then there is not much else for you to do but shave your head and accept living as a bald man. There is no secret potion or method to keep your hair that you are going to discover here.

I'm not against minoxidil, I was just nervous about the shedding.
I'm slightly confused to be honest, what will minoxidil do just on its own?

Not at all to several years. Everyone has varying responses to it

I strongly recommend considering an anti androgen if male pattern baldness is heavily affecting your quality of life

If you use minoxidil on its own, results peak at on year and decline, after about two years on average people return to baseline and continue to decline at a slightly slower rate. You need an anti androgen.
