Help, can anyone tell me if I’m greying on the side of my head? Are there any grey hairs that you see?

In some lighting my hair looks grey(mainly in the anytime fitness gym) so I can’t tell if I’m greying or not

I kno ur trolling but this is how my hair looks in certain heavy lighting (anytime fitness gym)

as u can see it looks grey as f*** in that lighting. So what is it? Do y’all see grey hairs in the close up?
