Yes, you have male pattern baldness, thinning is clearly evident.

To stop your male pattern baldness in the long term, you'll need to at least get on Finasteride. Talk to your doctor and get the prescription for Finasteride, I recommend to get the 5 mg tablets of the medication, cut them into fourths, and take 1.25 mg daily, it's a lot cheaper using this method than buying the 1 mg tablets of the medicine.

For regrowth, use topical Minoxidil at least once daily. To help stabilize scalp conditions, use a Ketoconazole shampoo at least once or twice a week.

diffuse thinning => get on finasteride => grow your hair longer to hide the problem => you'll be fine

Taking Biotin and using a Caffeine shampoo won't do anything to help your male pattern baldness. You'll need to take in a 5-AR inhibitor such as Dutasteride or Finasteride if you want to stop your Androgenetic Alopecia for the long term. For shampoos, the only ones that will do anything to treat Androgenetic Alopecia are those that contain an anti-fungal medication called Ketoconazole, which has an anti-androgenic effect when applied topically to the scalp.

What do you mean? I have no clue how aggressive your male pattern baldness is... Get on finasteride that's all I can say

Looks much better shaved short. I'd avoid growing it out for the time being. Having it shaved makes it easier with topicals as well. Good luck

Wow, your hair looks much better shaved down, much thicker somehow lol. But yea, get on finasteride at the very least, and add Rogaine if needed. Good luck, you should have your hair back easy if you start soon.
