So, today there i was minding my own business in university in a dermatology class (f*****g IRONIC ISNT IT?) when i complained to a buddy of mine that every time i pull my eyebrows, some hairs strands fall out. So he promptly started staring at my hairline with a puzzled face and said "You have a tendency to go bald". That was the first time ever my hair loss has been noticed since it started 4 years ago when i was 17. So heres the deal :

First some thoughts to situate you guys on my hair loss :

I believe my hair loss -althought heading for a very high norwood, as i have a very bad genetic regarding hair (every f*****g grandparent and father is bald) - is kind of slow, since after 4 years of losing hair im still at norwood 1,5. At my age, my father was a lot balder than me and yet he maintained his hair in an acceptable way till 43 when he finally got an undisguisable level o baldness

Now, having some more details about my condition, i was planing a long time ago to start treatment, but the events that happened today (the f****r telling about my tendency to go bald) triggered me to start f*****g treating it.

I dont believe that its possible to avoid getting bald for ever, it will eventually catch on, but i would like to try to slow it down as much as possible, so that i can keep an aesthetic looking hair for the years to come. The deal is, i really dont want to start finasteride THIS YEAR, so im planing to go with a topical regimen to see if i can slow down my losses to an acceptable point and give it a year shot - since i honestly dont believe i will lose major ground in one year, after all it has been 4 years already.

If the topical regimen doesnt produce results and i lose ground, i'll likely go the old propecia route next year.

After that, the main question is : What do you guys think is the topical regimen more likely to work out?

I have easy acess to topical Alfa-Estradiol and am planning in getting revivogen, cause ive seen some anedoctal evidence that it may work out halting my hair loss for a while, even from the admin from this page and of course from the huge zix thread. The deal is, its i live in f*****g Brazil, so i would have to import it and its going to cost me quite the money.

So, to close it up :

Is topical alfa-estradiol possibly effective?
Can i use alfa-estradiol together with revivogen?
What else would you guys recommend adding to my regimen?

Keep in minding im also avoiding minoxidil.

You seen like the man on no finasteride treatments, would like your 2 cents on my case.

Oh, ok.

I think your odds of maintaining your hair without finasteride and without minoxidil are very low. The best case scenario for you is that your recession is really slow, and you're still NW2 by 2021 when better treatments should be out.

If you want to play it safe, pick from the following in combination:
S5 Plus cream sold through this website.
Nizoral 1% three times a week.
Zix
Women's minoxidil
Microdose finasteride
Small dose of RU.

Yeah i understand that the chances are quite on the low side of the spectre, but if there is a chance its better to take it before heading on to propecia, since its aways a dangerous bet. So, no topical alfa estradiol?

I bought pantostin alfatradiol off eBay. It is a very weak treatment. On its own, I would expect a slowdown in hairloss honestly. I'm hoping it's more useful as part of a larger regimen.

For you I suggest the S5 Plus cream off this website, along with 1% nizoral three times a week. Try it for three months, see what happens. You'll be a hero to this website as the first person to try that regimen with photos.

Yeah i can get alfa estradiol very cheap here in Brazil, since its actually sold as a hairloss treatment (like 0,25mg per ml for 30 dollars a month). This cream seens kind of expensive to me tho, as it would coste like 70 dollars a month to me. I think im going to play with the estradiol + revivogen route and see what happens, i just would still need some anti-oxidative agent. Does peppermint or rosemary oil works on that sense?

I think oregano oil is the best anti-fungal.

S5 Plus cream is probably a better bet than revivogen+alfatradiol.

I'll see if i can finde a cheaper source of topical spirolactone.

Use a trustworthy source. They went through a laborious process to get it to work well. Their source also includes alfatradiol.

I mean i think i can easily manipulate topical spirolactone in a manipulation pharmacy here in Brazil. What would be the vehicle?
