Help 20 And Losing My Hair And Scared

So I turned 20 in July and the past year I've been seeing signs of hair loss specifically in my left temple.But recently I've noticed hair fall e.g.hair on my books,Sometimes in the shower,Now I can see a bald spot forming on my crown area.Im so embarrassed never told anyone about my problem as I can hide it as the hair is just thinning and not yet gone.Its really getting to me and my mental health is suffering as a result,I know this may sound extreme but I'm already so low in self confidence this is the last thing I want.Any replies and suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks guys.

Your pictures are terrible, take some more and maybe we can help. Also you dont look like you have have a bald spot, you probably just have a cowlick.
