Hello, I'm new

Hello to all. My name is krx1 and i am from germany. I registered myself in this forum, because i feel helpless. I'm about 18 years old, take Finasteride for 14 months, but my hair loss increased in this time. When I started taking finasteride I had a Norwood 0,5-1. Now it is 2-2,5. I additionally take Letrozol to reduce the estrogen levels and minoxidil 1-2 times daily.

Here is a picture from my hair status, it's about 3 months old, my current status is worse.

if your doctor has prescribed this to you for a specific reason then you need to notify him of your persisted hair loss. If this is self prescribed then you need to stop it until you have a doctor monitoring you.

I'm thaking Letrozol for 10 days, and it's cleared with 2 doctors. i take a minmal dosis and i hope it will help against hair loss.

i take letrozol to reduce the side effects...

i know which medication exists to fight hair loss, but nothing works.

i already tried a dutasteride topical.

what would you recommend doing me ?
