Im Eden 26 y/o

I dont know how to start this..
about 8 years ago i started to get bald lol I tried everything that can help me with my hairloss (minoxidill , propecia even avodart)
nothing realy helped at all with my hair loss i thoat maybe it was the deepression maybe the smoking etc..)
Today im 26 and still having realy bad hair loss I stopped smoking I take propcia and kato shampoo.
I even started saving up for hair transplant.
I realy need youre help to tell me what to do nothing helps me me

Have you had additional hair loss after using finasteride for 6 + months? It actually takes most of us 1 to 2 years to see great results from finasteride. I actually didn't get my rockstar hair from finasteride until 1.5 years and it became pretty stellar at 5 years in. Good things come to those who can wait.

I would refrain from smoking in general. But I had started smoking and quit smoking while on finasteride during my college years. During the times I smoked I felt like crap. I don't think finasteride and cigs go well together at all. Although I did like the way cigs helped me to pay attention.

You have a decent amount of hair. If finasteride simply prevented you from losing what you have, then its doing a good job.

I think with the right haircut you would look pretty decent.

when i was about 17 I started taking propecia and never had any resoults but sheds i took it for a year and a half thaen i quit at the age of 20 or 21 i started avodart with no resoults as well i took 3 pills of avodart lol (no side effect) took it for about a year and a half as well in the middle i tride minoxidil that couse lots of shade it was terreble i took the minoxidil for aprox 6 months with no resoults and the hair never came back after the sheding now I take the propecia for about a year and a half sheding never stoped and my hair loss is going worse i stoped smoking about 3 months ago .. I will not stop the propecia this time but i realy need something that will help me :/
Im saving up for Fue Hair transplant I know it will make me fill beter . but I think it will coast like 15000-20000 Dollars and it will take time to save this kind of amount...

I think you've tried what you can. Are you sure you are getting real meds? From a pharmacy? A lot of online stuff is fake.

I take original propecia from the pharmecy.
I use toppik with the hair spray maibe it cousing me more seding i dont know
Maybe theres some tests that i can do to know more about my hair loss

its only hair. Sounds like you've done what you can. It's probably helping. But if you go bald it's not that big of a deal. Just learn to adjust to it.

Yes for some people its only hair for me its everything!

I would go see a specialist. I haven't tried these and wouldn't necessarily recommend them but dutasteride is similar to finasteride and works better. Also ru8843 or whatever that stuff is called. Good luck!

I didn't realize you tried avodart. How long? Did it help?

Eden, It sounds like you have tried all of the FDA proven treatments, and they aren't working. Might be time to go the experimental route, RU perhaps. I know it has to be tough. Don't give up.
