healthy hairs activating new hair

I've noticed this with my hair. I have a few healthy hairs a few centimeters in front of the hairline and right beside these hairs are brand new healthy telogen hairs growing. Between the stray healthy hairs and the hairline is new vellous that has yet to activate. Anyone heard of this happening?

? A telogen hair is a hair in the resting(telogen) phase. Do you mean terminal?

I meant telogen thinking it was terminal. My bad. Terminal is what I mean.

yes hear before. Some hair tranplant thingie. Not too sure.But it seems it not for everybody

this is happening to me too... there was like a lone hair and now there are lilttle baby brown hairs growing around it
