Healthy food to counter side effects

Went to two doctors with confirmed case of mild gyno and other sides due to finasteride and saw palmetto. Both Told me should subside after 6 months


Now trying to go on a healthy diet plus exercise as recommended by doctor to counter too much estrogen etc..

Having researched found that the below are meant to counter act effects of too much estrogen

Brocolli
Cabbage
Brusell sprouts
Onions
citrus fruits

Told to avoid soya and alcohol

Any other suggestions??
