Health supplements. Does anyone take them?

I really want to step up my health but sometimes I just can't eat everything. So I thought about adding supps to my ration. Do you take any? Which one you can recommend?

I take a lot of various supplements but it's better to consult a doctor first.

I take Vitamin D daily all the time. Also, take iron supplement and Canada Pharmacy multivitamins currently. I find that adding things like ginger, tumeric and garlic to my food helps too. I love ginger tea as well. I try to follow healthy diet, however, I'm sure I don't get all needed vitamins from food only.

Just once for now haha. I would like to stay away from it if possible, it wasn't the best time for me... I think that I will be taking some supplements and maybe other meds from BidRx.com, for example. I am pretty sure that they will help me stay fit and healthy. I would like to get any input on such stuff from you here too, thanks in advance!
