Head n' shoulders

Okay, there is Head n' Shoulders that has pyrithione zinc and another that has selenium sulfide in it. I know the one that has the pyrithione zinc is good for male pattern baldness, but what about the one that has the selenium sulfide in it? Is it useful too? :?
