It's worse than you think. I'm expecting the usual problems when it comes to initially installing the first hairpiece. But I can't even get to that point. I submitted a template and ordered my first piece in July (over 12 weeks now) from Hats off hair. The owner keeps promising a firm delivery date from the factory, but never comes through. Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions? I've spent $365 and have received only empty promises - not even a poor product.
