I have seen it have been discussed a little on this forum. But I wonder.
Have your training effected your hairloss? We all know cardio training is good for you, but weight training could push up your testo levels like 40%! And it would be likely to effect your hairloss(not scientifically proven). And that it would effect your hairloss if you are in the risk of getting genetic hairloss.
So I wonder.
1) How long after you started your weight training regime did your hairloss start?
2) What age?
3) When did the others in your family start balding? Did your hairloss "beat" the rest of the family balding age?
4) Did it start after you stopped your weight training regime or if you didnt exercise at all?
5) Did it slow down the hairloss when you stopped your weight training and switched to cardio or so?
Its more like a statistic question, but it would be nice if people wrote a little about their experience so maybe we could see if it was some red line in the theory?!
