Have I Been Over Harvested In Turkey?

When choosing a clinic, particularly in Turkey, you would be wise to do thorough research to ensure your dr not only can give you a good new hair line. But also be careful with your donor area.

I thought i did all the research I could, and went with dr acar at cosmedica, but I’m questioning that now. Take a look at my pics. I’m only 3 weeks post surgery so I know it’s still early, but does my donor area look ok? I was told 3500 grafts were taken, but I think maybe more.It’s still very red and patchy!

Anyone with experience of over harvesting and the solutions?

It looks like shock loss, your donor should recover in a few months, it could take 3 to 4 months, be patient 3 weeks is too early, you will be fine.

Looks like lot of shockloss. By month 8 you should have it looking back to normal, if it isn’t by then, contact the doctor. What size punch did the dic use? Best of luck

Im not entirely sure on the size of punch . They used a micro motor.

Looks odd, did they shave your whole head for this procedure? I didn't have redness like that after a week in the donor area.

no, I asked them not too so I would have some hair post surgery to style, but in hindsight I should’ve just had it shaved, and have done so since. I’ve attached some pics post surgery and also my hair from above currently which is 8 weeks post surgery.
