Has Science Already Figured Out Why The Hairfolicles Are More Dht Resistant At The Back Of The Head?

What mechanism is behind it?

Seriously we can fly to the moon but we are not able to create dht resistant hairfolicles all around the head so we dont need to block dht?

You really think we've been to the Moon?

Yeah of course. Flying to the moon is a much simpler problem. The human body is so overwhelmingly complex that even saying how much we do not know is grasping at straws.

The cells everywhere on the scalp are subject to the same blood supply, circulating hormones, nutrients and external environment. Therefore my conclusion is there is something within the dna of those specific cells that make up and support the follicles that is different. Which cell s those are, their placement and your youthful hairline pattern develops from embryological programming. Give me twenty Chinese genius scientists, a super computer with AI, and five years of dedicated 24/7 research and I'll figure out that exact genetic difference for you.

yep but what about others type of androgenetic alopecia? It's not always about horseshoe pattern. what about retrograde, dupa, ..and why people are thinning in donor area while others keep good density til their death? It's complex indeed to find the reason why. But to create dht resistant follicle is another thing

Maybe God just hates us and wants us to look like Bozo the clown with horseshoe hair. Why couldn't we lose the hair in the opposite pattern? Undercuts are stylish now and you still have a frame for your face.

if you like undercuts then you can still get a hair transplant ! you can take higher % from your donor area and then get a scalp micropigmentationthere in donor area... deal? ^^

Or get a body hair transplantation into your donor area?

This is something that's actually never occurred, to me, but raises an interesting possibility....overharvest the donor area for better density on top, and get smp in donor, or maybe implant beard grafts in donor....hmmmm

That idea was once discussed in an other thread somewhere. Unfortunately, we haven't found anybody who actually tried this.

I wonder what kind of result a NW6+ could achieve with this

They can transfer facial hair to the scalp.

But it's not recommended for Norwood four and higher.

Why cant the f*****g scientists analyze the f*****g properties of the simplest human organ f*****g HAIR

I think it's the AR receptors sensitivity to DHT, bald people have a sensitive AR on the top of their heads.
like facial hair some people grow facial hair and some don't while it's totally different, AR sensitivity to DHT grow facial hair but it miniaturize scalp hair.

What I think is that bald people are born with this sensitve receptors, and after hitting puberty , DHT levels reache the top the sensitivity reaction would be killing the follicles.

But something is weird why there is no a single human being with a different male pattern baldness like balding on the sides not the top, or balding in one side, something is missing!

I'm just saying, no one judge.

The only thing that matters is that the DHT "sensitivity" of your hair is increasing with age. More receptors binding DHT = more hairs getting destroyed. Don't mix this up with the DHT levels. These are supposed to go down with age, so they're not the key factor of hair loss. It's all about these receptors and preventing them to bind the DHT. Lowering DHT in your blood is a way to slow things down dramatically, but considering everything I said you should understand by now why finasteride is not a godsend. Receptors are still doing their f*cking job with the DHT you can't get out of your body with finasteride oder Duta. It's like you standing in the middle of 100 girls and 70% of them are hot as sh*t. finasteride takes the hotties away but out of desperaton you're eventually - even if it's just once in a year - still going to bind to an ugly horse because your receptor penis is still working perfectly.

Interesting analogy for drugs which can damage your libido
