has my right side receded much?

I don't understand it but my right side slowly receding and my left is completely normal and has been for years...why? isn't it suppose to catch up quick.

I've taken a few pics of my hair today. in one picture it's soaking wet. in another it's dry and another it's gel. now in the gel picture can someone please tell me why I have this one random hair growing out of no where. my hairline looks like it was never even there but if it was then surely that hair should be badly damaged but it's long and healthy...

I've included my left side oFf my hairline and...I've also included a picture of my right side of my hairline over the last two years. yes it's been bugging me this long. the first is the bottom left the last which was taken 2 months ago is top right.

Looks good, I don't see any change. how old are you and are you on treatments?

I'm 27. I just use nizrol shampoo atm. any idea why that random stray hair just grew like that? it's not natural!

Haha, I just realised what you were talking about regarding the "lonely hair". No idea, pal, bit it is odd the way it's just stranded there on it's own.

Irish the weird thing is. I'm pretty sure my hairline was there at 18 I got my 'mature' hairline at about 24. The question is how has that one hair managed to just grow all by itself? I thought that once dht killed the follicle that was it. It can never grow back. So why has this random hair grown back in the last couple of months completely healthy??

Your hairline ( the pattern of your hairline) is absolutely normal, let it grow as much as possible

I've got the odd random hair on my temple as well. I use to have a lone straggler just below my current hair line on my forehead but his disappeared.

Your hair looks good btw. This is the thing that gets me about male pattern baldness everyone's loss seems to be slightly different there has to be a reason for this.

Ah the random stragglers! Got a few of those too. I like to think of them as soldiers dropped behind enemy lines! But I agree, you hair looks good fella
