Has anything apart from The Big 3 worked for you realistically?

as in you noticed significant improvement in regrowth or prevention of further loss.

I tried various stimulating topicals but while they made my hair grow faster they didn't grow more of it sadly.

nope, im about 99% sure theres nothing out there other than the big 3 that will really do anything for hair loss tbh

You can use Retino-A (tretinoin) cream 2 mins before minoxidil. It opens the pores and in that case minoxidil is more effective, as I've heard... Search for temple regrowth in google, cause it's harder to regrow there and maybe you'll find more recommendation that will help you.

I tried Tricomin an Prox-N in the past, and various herbal supplements - with no joy. I know these are all unproven treatments, but you think that with all the compounds and substances being mentioned on these boards, something must be able to help, at least a little.
