Has Anyone Here Used This Minoxidil Formulation?

It's PG-free and looks pretty good, practically costs the same as regular minoxidil solution without the added goodies. It's like a luxury minoxidil lol

These are the ingredients:
Active ingredients: 5% Minoxidil
Inactive ingredients: Aloe gel, Licorice Extract, B5 (panthenol), High Polyphenol Caffeinated Green Tea Extract, Citrus Seed Extract, Seabuckthorn Oil, Retinoic Acid (vitamin A), Glycerin, Alcohol.

they also have one with 5% Azelaic Acid, instead of the retinol
