Has anyone heard of, or tried Acupunture for Hair Loss

My girlfriend is an Acupuncturist...Has anyone tried or have any stories or articles of Acupuncture possibly helping hair loss?? Just Curious....

Last week I Came across a study done on hair loss and acupuncture done in Taiwan or China. I forgot the site. If I remember correctly there was a positive correlation with acupuncture treatments and hair growth.

I will also be finding an acupuncturist soon.

I was googling "Kidney Jing" and Chi and acupuncture and came across the sites. I also started taking some herbals recently.

It would be free but........

She would have to know where to put the needles and how it would work. I'm guessing she can't just put the needles anywhere. I get Acupunture now, for back pain, strees and many other things but for hair loss I'm sure all the points would be different.

I'm gonna throw Hamburger Helper on my hair and see if that helps the growth cycle
