My guess would be he would wanna ask you about your health history, are you on meds? Do you suffer from high blood pressure or suffer from any other problems that could be a cause for concern before using treatment. He would proberly then proceed by asking you how your hairloss is effecting you, analysing your hairloss and warning you about the side effects of using his treatment, before telling you whether you are suitable for it.

They were the kind of questions i was asked by a pharmacist when being prescribed finestride. I imagine it would be a similair case to that. Im asuming your on about getting dr lee's minoxidil, im surprised you need a consultation for that. I got it online free from consultation. Hope my answer helps anyways.

I have. You "must" if you want to order any of his products on-line.

I think there was a short medical history questionnaire - but I really can't remember.

It costs (or used to cost) $20 as a one-time only fee and then you can order from him forever and send him as many e-mails w/ as many questions as you'd like.

He's pretty good about getting back to you.
