Has anyone ever changed the side in which they part their hair?

Been on finasteride 3.5 months - no sides and the horrible ache i had in my hair is gone.

Less hair is falling out and honestly I'm 100% certain my right side (least affected) is about 50% back to normal - not perfect mind - but much better. My left side (worst side) is getting better (i think) but it just isn't good enough to expose or part. It looks silly.

Basically has anyone changed the side in which they part their hair? I think I'l need it totally re-cut and shaped because it has grown in a particular fashion that I could not just part it myself.

Im worried though, it'l mean cutting it short and i'm afraid it'll look silly at first.

Also heard that men mainly part their hair to the right; women to the left. Parting it to the left is a feminine quality.

I change my parting side often without any problem whatsoever. I have realised the hair stand up better and look fuller when you change sides.

Lol. Which left and which right? The observer's, or the person doing the parting? Are you looking into a mirror when you're doing this? The confusion!

Reminiscing over my long destroyed luxury of being able to part my hair (any hair) to the side again or comb it back makes my yesteryears now seem so much better than they originally were.

Ah, sorry folk. I meant i part my hair over to my right side - exposing my left temple.

I'm nw2 you can say but the temples have thinned quite a bit. Right side is amazing just nopw - gotten so much better. The left still just 'meh'.

It's hard to explain, I have medium length hair quite thick. The way it is cut, the fringe is heavy so when parted to the other side it looks bizarre. Therefore it will need re-shaped.
