I want to make something like as spironolactone 2% .
in fact , i 'm talking about a hand made spironolactone 2%

pls help me about spironolactone 2% formula

1- is this , 2 gr of spironolactone soluting in 100 cc ethyl alcohol ? or not ?

2- what sould i do to make something like as spironolactone 2% ?

Why bother? spironolactone isnt very expensive, and IMO its better to get a professionally made formulation.

This is one of the cheapest I've found -

Well for one, you can purchase 2% spironolactone solution from http://www.minoxidil.com Its only 19 dollars a 60 ml bottle. Pretty cheap. But to order it from Dr. Lee you have to have an online consultation with him first, then you can purchase.
But if you want to make your own 2% solution, yes it would be 2 grams of spironolactone( crushed spironolactone) to the ethanol 100ml.

1 -what happen if Dissolving 20 tablets of "100mg Spironolacton tablet " in 100ml ethanol ? is this spironolactone 2% ?

2- what happen if Dissolve 20 tablets in 100 ml " minoxidil 5% " ?

3- what happen if Dissolve 20 tablets in 100 ml "Alpecin After Shampoo Liquid " ?

4- i'm useing propecia and 2xday minoxidil 5% , can i use once minoxe 5 % in morning and once spironolactone 2% at night ? is it a good idea ?

use PPG instead. Maybe about 2% spironolactone in a 50/50 ethanol/PPG vehicle (or more alcohol/less PPG if you don't like the greasiness). Add a tiny pinch of BHT (about 0.05% to 0.1%) for stability. Use up the solution in a timely manner, and keep it in the fridge
