Half life of finasteride

So if finasteride only has a half life of approximately 8 hours or so shouldn't it make sense to dose twice per day ? I'm trying this again ... 1mg in morning and one in the evening - opinions ?

well if it decreases your libido wouldnt u want to take it early morning and let it decrease towards night for any kind of fun u might want to have. i think that would be the best thing to do.

It kills ur 5ar enzyme for 2 days which means even though finasteride is out of your blood, dht isn't being produced until 5ar is restored. Hence why people get away with the Monday wed Fri schedule

Do you think taking finasteride 3x a week is just as effective as taking it daily?

I think there will be the most minor of differences. Nothing really noticeable though
