I'm slightly confused about this and need some clarification.
I hear that natural hair might have like 100 hairs per cm, and transplants can't do more than say 50 hairs per cm - but is that only from a bald starting point?
Basically, I have some severe thinning in the corners of the hairline. I want to get them filled in, but I imagine the area already has more or less what a transplant could provide - i.e, there's probably like 30 or so hair per sq. cm in that area.
Would a transplant be worth it? Would they be able to add an EXTRA 30-40 hairs per CM on top of what I already have?
