Hairmax and FDA approval

Has anyone here noticed that the Hairmax site seems to have removed most if not all its advertising regarding being so close to an FDA approval?

I hate to sound cynical, but I have a sneaking suspicion they got rejected and now they are hoping everyone will just forget.
