Hairloss: Three Month Progress (recomendations?)

Hi all, Im a 26 year old and posted here in October asking if I was balding and I’ve been keeping track of my hair ever since. My hair and scalp gets greasy really easily and I have very very thin hair with naturally low density, and I noticed maybe a year ago that my crown was looking a little thin. My family, hair dresser, and physician have all told me it’s a whorl/cowlick and that my hair is fine, but I still feel kinda paranoid about my hair so I filled a prescription of finasteride, but I have not yet taken it. Based on the pictures my hair doesn’t look like it’s changed at all. The thing that sucks is I don’t know how my hair looked in my early 20s, I feel like that would’ve given me a better idea of my hair is really thinning now. What do you all think? I really don’t want to start taking finasteride if I don’t need to.

First pic is of my hair four months ago and last three are my hair now. (I took the pic in natural light to really show the severity of it) I added pics of my hairline too but I’m not overly concerned about that. I know I’m not gonna have the same hair line I did when I was a teenager.

I see no hair loss, just a cowlick like ur Doctor said. Maybe buy some toppik to sprinkle on if it bothers you.

No hair loss from what I can see. If you want to be sure, use a flash photo of the crown/vertex. I would consider those photos as favorable lighting, actually, so if you really want a thorough analysis, try directly under bright lights/flash. That said, my guess would still be no hair loss
