Hello. First of all im 20 and im from Greece Athens and i dont know very good english. I didnt think until 4 weeks ago that i might have a hairloss problem. I had hair until my nose and i got a hair cut. The hair in the top of the head was about 2.5 fingers. The peoblem is that i could see my scalp. The hairdresser used a scissor that dilutes your hair. Before that my head in the top was full of hair so she might did smt wrong. But if she did notndonsmt wrong is it normal if you can see your scalp or does it mean that you have a problem??? Again soory for my english

First Of all, Take a deep breath and close your eyes!! sighh.. how it feels? it feels relaxing right? when you get relax you can hear your own heartbeats too. The same thing goes with your hair fall, the more you worry the more you see your own hair fall!! Getting bald at an early age is nothing new nowadays. Hair fall can be due to genes, due to pollution, due to stress, due to improper diet, due to work job profile etc. Among them, depression/ Stress is one of the prior reasons to get hair fall.

Do yoga on a regular basis that will relax your mind. Having a clean and healthy diet can also reduce your hair fall. Don’t shampoo often, because nowadays shampoo contains hazardous chemicals that can cause harm to hairs.

Drink Plenty of water to keep the body temperature cool. Having a hot head scalp also gives the chance for hair fall. Drinking a lot of water also removes the waste from the body in form of sweat and urine.

If you are one of those who are giving a try to different ils that promise you to reduce/regrow the hair fall, then I will recommend you to stop that immediately. No one has developed the formula to grow back the hairs on a bald head to date except “ Hair transplantation” .

I agree that you should start with that. I would also recommend that you learn about some other Hair Restoration Medications which might be really helpful and working for you. I am sure that you will find something good for you, good luck with it!
