Hello,
I'm 21 years old and noticed my hair receding at the temples about 2 or 3 years ago. Since I didn't pay much attention to it for some time I'm not really sure if it has gotten any worse since then. My father has a similar hairline and as far as I can tell he has kept it for several decades but I'm a bit worried because my hair feels very thin (Picture 5) at the moment. What do you think? Is it male-pattern hairloss or just a mature hairline? Thanks for your answers :)

So far no visible thinning on top

It's a mature hairline that's probably gone a bit past. I would get on finasteride as it will keep what you have which looks great/not balding. If you let it go it will likely become apparent.

Common test for mature hairline is if the middle part is about one index finger width above your top forehead wrinkle when you wrinkle your forehead. Yours looks higher. You'd have a classic widow's peak but the middle has moved higher at the same time.

That's not necessarily bad as the straight across angle looks better, but it is higher so make sure you get on finasteride and stop it in it's tracks. The longer you wait the more you'll kick yourself later.

I was scared of finasteride sides and delayed. Wish I hadn't. They are very rare and if it happens just stop taking it.

hairline is really good atm, there is noway you are going bald anytime soon. Maybe you are receding slowly but noone can be sure of that. Only time will tell.

I mean your hairline looks extremely healthy all around to me especially in the above pics, the density and hair quality is fantastic so yeah I am not going to tell you to get on finasteride, but I think you should monitor your hairline but there is no need to stress whatsoever. Great hair.

Looks a little bit too high to be a mature hairline. I can't put my finger on it but something looks a little off.

your hairline is fine looks like mine somehow(also 21) ,i also made a post. and exactly like you my father has a deep M hairline and he has thin/fine hair i mean not thick. anyway just give the treatment a shot to maintain it,something i may also do.if you think about it it's nice to have hair until an age that most of people has it for example i don't care if i lose it at 35-40.i just want to live my 20's-30's with nice hair. sometime after years you will stop fina when you stop caring. see mine in the photo .

Tough, hairline looks high for 21 years, but if it really hasn´t changed in the last 2 or 3 years and you aren´t diffusing you might be lucky.

I just wanted to add that although multiple people have confirmed you probably do have some beginning hair loss, it's probably totally unnoticeable to the normal public. So while you should get on some maintenance regimen, where you are right now is great and nobody would think you have hair loss - so don't worry about that part.
