op your hair is amazing, keep checking back here every 6 months if you want to, i doubt you'd need an hair transplant anytime before 40 if you ever actually do.

I wouldn't do anything now. If your hair does get worse (may not), get on finasteride. Don't think you will need a transplant for a long long time, if ever.

Thanks g.i joey, yh if i reach a norwood 2 then i will still wait a year after and if there is no rescession then i will leave it but if there is then i will opt in a hair transplant. I will have yearly check ups now and then depending on what my surgeon thinks. 24 to 25 years old i will consider a hair transplant as that is enough time to see if the treatments in the pipeline will become a reality. Im turning 21 in october btw so 3- 4 years will be enough time. One more thing guys i know that a goof number of grafts are needed to have a hair transplant and that donor area must be fine but i was also wondering if having a small head would give somesort of advantage as there is less area to cover ? Might be a stupid question but just wondering
