Hairloss is caused 100 percent by diet/lifestyle

I know most of you don't want to believe diet/lifestyle has no effect on baldness. but it does. Lack of Magnesium, Vitamin K2 , A , and D, cause calcification of arteries and in the scalp then the hair has less bloodflow to be nourished. Baldness has been speeding up each generation, the proof is out there. Calcium Chloride, flouride, in the water cause skin scalp to become hard and rigid. Homeless people rarely take showers only clean fresh rain water without all the heavy metals. I would only drink 100 percent spring water and not wash in hard tap water for hair.

Look at homeless people, they have some of the thickest hair out there? Why? its because of Massive amounts of Vitamin D from being outside, lots of fresh air and excercise, and most of all they do long periods of fasting. Fasting is the best way to heal your body and lower your insulin levels, your bloodflow will never be more clear.

Now I think its really tough to reverse the process but prevention is key.

Dht does play a role but its not the end all be all.

Bad diet can cause Telogen Effluvium but it grows back after a while this has nothing to do with pattern baldness

It's the alcohol. Look it up. Alcohol lowers testosteron en highers estrogen, but it isn't a remedy because it can cause Telogen Effluvium en liver problems.

So only men have bad diets? 100% of women eat well and exercise which is why they don't go bald?

yes, please explain why women rarely go bald, only with auto immune conditions. Women have similar diets to men.

Nyholt et al concluded otherwise in their Genetic Basis of Male Pattern Baldness.

They conclude 80% genetic.

whether it helps your hair or not, the exercise, and good eating would be a positive move from a healthier point of view.
