Hairloss and having a "bad attitude"

Since my hairloss started accelerating a few years ago I've noticed that more and more people have made comments like "why do you look so down" (when I'm not feeling down) and "stop walking around like you have a chip on your shoulder" (even when I don't feel like I'm in a bad mood). I also notice that many balding/bald people look "mean" so I guess that this is just another big disadvantage that balding people have. You can be feeling perfectly fine but since you're going bald, if you don't have an attractive face, you're basically fucked and you'll be perceived as "mean" by other people even if you're the nicest or friendliest guy around.
I've also noticed that whenever I get into an argument with someone with a full head of hair (most people I encounter) they can be the one getting defensive in the argument but they will project it on you that you're getting defensive almost like saying "I'm right because I have all of my hair but you're wrong because you're going bald/bald."
