The only thing that will work for you is finasteride. Your hair loss is quite aggressive and your donor does indeed not seem so thick. Don't think vitamins will do anything honestly. If you're not willing to take finasteride I would trim it very short and eventually shave it all.

Dude thats so painful that I can't even imagine it. 18 is safe age for propecia, that thing has done wonders for many. Even if you get side effects you will know it before they become severe so you can stop taking the drug.

You need to skip finasteride. Your hair is obviously extremely sensitive to DHT. Get on dutasteride which blocks in the 90%s of DHT while finasteride blocks like 60-70%. Get to a dermatologist you need to start an aggressive *** regimen bro.
