Hairline Thinning 4 Years Post Transplant.

Hi all
4 years ago I got a transplant done by Dr.Rahal
The results were amazing, I was blown away
He created a new hairline for me and it looked like I had a full head of hair.

4 years later, my hair are thinning, they have been for over a 1.5 years, even the hairline he created which was robust and full has thinned out.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like your donor hair is susceptible to dht....? Any NW7's in your family? Are you on finasteride or dutasteride?

Have you been taking your finasteride like a good boy? transplants are a life commitment to medications. If of course you want to maintain the results.

Looking at his regimen I'd say no, and probably the reason for his further progression.

@4YearPostTransplant those natural supplements aren't very effective dear.

It amazes me how short-sighted some people are. If he's going to spend thousands on a life-changing procedure, at least take it seriously afterwards. As the only two FDA-approved products, it makes sense to use finasteride and minoxidil.
