So I got blood work done and found that iam very low on vitamin D, he suggested that I take it for life, I read online by multiple sources that low Vitamin D deficiencys can cause hair loss, I'm 17 by the way and my hairline is starting to recede it started when I was 16, It could alopecia i just think im a little young to have it be alopecia, idk do you think that my hairline could grow back from taking vitamin d supplements theres no harm in taking them, just asking advice from someone who has had similir experiences

Hairloss from deficiencies is generally diffuse, all over the head. if you're experiencing a receeding hairline, its hormone related. It could be a maturing hairline but when it gets very noticeable action should be taken. Such as the big 3. Hairline recededing is possible in teenage years. But dont worry. Its always treatable if it gets bad. I recommend taking a multivitamin btw since it has everything.
