Hairline from 2021 - 2026 on medication

Do you think that my hair is still thinning? I've noticed that my temples aren't as dark as they used to be, especially around the temporal points. I feel like I should never have switched my regimen up, it's like my hair has gotten worse since getting on dutasteride.

2021 (3 months on finasteride)

2024 (3 years on finasteride)

2026 (2 years on dutasteride + min)

Your 3 photos have better results than the previous 2.

Maybe it's the way the light is falling, but in the third photo, this area appears lighter than in the second photo. It's as if the hair has lost its pigment from the roots.

I took the photos with flash in front of my window, it's the same lighting. Idk wtf to do now, my hair has gotten worse after switching to a stronger regimen I doubt that it's just a shed, can you even shed 2 years into dutasteride and min?

Try spironolactone at a dosage of 25 mg. If you don't like it, you can always stop taking the drug.
